Food Insight Explores the Attitudes of Food-Conscious Consumers

  • The cover story of the November/December issue of Food Insight highlights results from the 2007 IFIC Functional Foods/Foods for Health Consumer Trending Survey.  Find out what consumers name as the top 10 “functional foods” and more.

  • The use of animal antibiotics is often a confusing topic, but this month Food Insight puts this topic into perspective answering questions regarding antibiotic resistance and antibiotic residues in meat and milk.
