The tool kit is a versatile resource designed to help nutrition educators talk with both health professional and consumer audiences about the options available for managing dietary fat. The kit, developed in partnership with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, provides two sets of materials, one for professional audiences and the other for consumer audiences, including presentation scripts, overhead/slide masters, a reference sheet, glossary of fat reduction ingredients, and other resource materials.
