The following “Ask An Expert” video series features several interviews with food safety expert Dr. Robert Gravani, from the Department of Food Science at Cornell University.  In this series, Dr. Gravani provides answers to common food allergy questions.  Approximately 12 million Americans are currently living with food allergies, and this video series provides education on food allergy prevention in a convenient, user-friendly format.
