IFIC Public Comments to FDA on “Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed Collection; Comment Request; Quantitative Research on a Voluntary Symbol Depicting the Nutrient Content Claim ‘Healthy’ on Packaged Foods”

The International Food Information Council (IFIC) submitted public comments to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on the proposed quantitative research to study the impact of a proposed “healthy” nutrient content claim on packaged foods, with the aims of enabling consumers to make informed dietary choices and adopt and maintain healthy eating patterns.
