There are several resources that can help you personalize your path. Your Personal Path to Health: Steps to a Healthier You! is a brochure developed in cooperation among the IFIC Foundation, the Food Marketing Institute (FMI), and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to help you use MyPyramid, a step-by-step guide to healthful eating and physical activity. USDA has also recently launched a new, online electronic planner to help you plan your menus and guide you to healthier choices.
