This free, 60-minute webinar featured Kris Sollid, IFIC Senior Director of Research & Consumer Insights and Dr. Mozaffarian, Director of the Food is Medicine Institute at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. This webinar explored the latest IFIC Spotlight Survey examining how American attitudes toward healthy eating are evolving as well as the impact and future of “Food Is Medicine” initiatives like the one led by Dr. Mozaffarian at Tufts University.
