IFIC insights reveal that a large majority of Americans – over 80% – consume caffeine daily. While caffeine is part of a daily routine for many, nearly 30% say they reach for caffeine to provide benefits, such as a boost in energy, or to help them feel alert. These benefits are highly sought in the workplace, but what does the scientific evidence say about caffeine’s effect on alertness, cognitive function and, ultimately, productivity in this setting?
In this webinar, we’ll explore the consumer insights around Americans’ perceptions of caffeine as well as how caffeine affects cognitive performance in the workplace. IFIC insights also reveal many Americans are unaware of caffeine recommendations, so speakers will also address common misconceptions around caffeine safety and optimal intake.
You’ll leave with practical, evidence-based strategies to communicate about caffeine in a way that’s balanced, credible, and relevant. The session will conclude with an expert discussion and live Q&A.
