Join the International Food Information Council (IFIC) for the premiere presentation of findings from the 2026 IFIC Food & Health Survey, the 21st edition of IFIC’s annual flagship consumer insights report. This year’s report also includes a Canadian sample, enabling cross-border comparisons of critical topics in food and nutrition.

This hour-long webinar explored how Americans and Canadians translate dietary guidance into everyday food decisions, from how they define “healthy” foods to the dietary changes they have pursued in the past year, and whether those actions align with key messages from each country’s Dietary Guidelines.

The session also examined how easy both populations find these changes to sustain, which actions they believe have the greatest impact on health, and how visible the new U.S. Food Pyramid has become since its January 2026 debut.

Speakers:

  • Wendy Reinhardt Kapsak, MS, RDN, IFIC President & CEO
  • Kris Sollid, RDN, IFIC Senior Director, Research & Consumer Insights
